Primary and secondary objectives
The primary objective is to measure in vivo methane (CH4) emission from dairy sheep at pasture
Secondary objectives are:
- To obtain algorithms that can be used in LCA studies to improve estimations of enteric CH4 emissions from grazing sheep
- To define key factors to be targeted to reduce CH4 emissions in grazing sheep
- To contribute to literature on CH4 estimations in grazing animals with methods based on markers
